Explore how you can make a meaningful difference for local families

Grief Companions
You don't need to be a professional or experienced with grief. All you grieving families need is compassion and someone to listen. We offer five hours of volunteer training for free.

Child Care
Do you enjoy children? The littlest participants at SoulShare may be too young to be in a grief group, but they still need care while parents tend to their grief. This is a great way provide to a precious service in SoulShare's ministry. We also invite responsible teens to assist Adult caretakers. It is a great way to teach our younger generation to give back.

Shared meals are a vital part of the SoulShare experience. More than just food, a warm dinner opens the door to conversation, deepens relationships, and builds the trust kids need to open up during group. This is a wonderful, hands-on opportunity for local groups and organizations to serve together.
Do you like to cook?
Organizations and businesses that provide meals help offset our single largest financial cost and can be supporting partners. View our Sponsors page to learn more.
If you have a creative background or education experience, we’d love for you to lend your skills to our therapeutic activities. Volunteers are especially needed for "Finishing Touches", our dynamic final session, where kids come together around a creative group project to process their grief and honor their journeys
